Might be able to (at least) add some Small Merchants (Zero Torps) to the Kill list.

So, do you think its worth installing SH3 Commander ? Maybe it could be helpful in
sorting this mess out? I was going to install it, I downloaded the optional
SH3 Commander Combined Skin Pack Add-on for it too

Could you tell me (If you use SH3 Commander that is), whether its possible to
fully %100 disable Crew "Fatigue"? Im guessing it can change a multitude of Settings.
Am looking forward to checking it out.

Yes you can disable fatigue if you want
