Hello. I will give an update as I finally got the Weserubung mission "finished" instead of "on-going".
Yesterday I loaded my savegame after the Queen E. kill, as I play a sort of ironman campaign with only one or two differents savegames. I made my way back to the bunker in Wilhem. I had not a single torpedo left anyway. I saved just before entering the bunker, then inside the bunker.
I later launched the next patrol, all that without exiting the game. I sailed maybe 1 or 2 hours, just to save safely away from anything before disconnecting. And guess what, mission Weserubung was stated as "finished"...
Only "Western Approach" is still on "on-going" on the 30 april, as I am on my way for my 7th patrol.

So I think the mission was almost completed when I sunk the Queen E. but then was 100% completed when the BDU messages were all received hours laters to simulate the end of the Narvik operations in Norway.
In fact, you receive several messages from BdU that keep you informed of the operation in the fjords. Maybe 8 or 9, since the launch airstrike from the Royal Ark, to the attack of several Uboots, bombing of ports etc
It is I must admit extremly immersive, you really have the feeling to be part of the story, and I am sure it is very accurate with true historical references.

So for anyone else, if that helps, be reassured that sinking the battleship may not complete the mission objectives right away, but it may takes hours.

Thank you everyone for the help and comments on my issue.

PS: for the attack itself. It was a light foggy day, the sea was pretty calm, around 7 m/s wind if I remind correctly. I was submerged around 35 meters with engines stopped sicne hours, lots of hours, my Co2 level was almost at 20%.
Then suddenly the hydrophone operator reported a warship contact at long range, medium speed, closing. I check myself and according the spread of the contact it was very long range or there was several warships close together.
My first thought was that it was again the german task force I encountered the day before, with 2 poscket battleships plus the destroyer escort. So I didn't move.
My first look one hour later at the closest ship confirmed it was a task force, but I only spotted 3 or 4 destroyers, and they were too far to tell if it was friendly or not. I play 100% realism with real navigation so no help from the crew on that.
I let them approach without moving, I was not on their direct course so they would obviouosly run not less than 1 km from me anyway. When I check later with my scope I managed to conclude they were british destroyers, but soon I realize it was just a first wave of ships... another wave, this time with a course directly toward my position... and a middle all of those 6 or 7 destroyers, a bigger ship! I said: "this time I found the big fish!"
The first line of 6 destroyers was spread on a parallel front line of maybe 3 km, with me on a side so that most of the destroyers would sail on my left except one that would come probably short range on my right...
I maneuvered to face them and to lower my exposed surface. Only several quick looks at one destroyer and always less than 20 sec and managed to get a course. I counted almost a 100 rpm for the destroyers then got the speed of 15 knots.
As soon as they were on me I turned slowly full left for a 90degree attack on the battleship. I heard no ping, nothing as the closest destroyer passed at short range, not sure if they were scanning for any submarine as I am sure the closest would spot me initially.
I prepared 4 torpedoes, all on impact at 4 meters depth. I think the battleship would be around 1000 meters but I had no time to check the distance, I couldn't risk to be spotted with my scope out for too long, that's why I chose the 90degree attack.
I launch the 4 fishes then turn left toward the front line, descending to 130 meters depth, this entry of the canal was wery high. 3 of the 4 torpedoes impacted when I was already 50 meters and facing the escort.
Then I heard for about 30 min engines runnign fast, slow etc all around me. I was just running at a speed of 1tk while silent but below 100 meters I never had a single ping from the escort...
Finally they all left the area then I came back to PD to see the battleship at long range running at a speed of maybe 10 kt maximum slowly turning left while the escort resumed his normal speed of 15 kt... at very long range I had only the battleship in sight and barely so I ordered deck awash and I tracked her like a prey. I thought it would go down by itself but after 1 hour nothing...
It was several hours of realtime and I had enough lol, so I speed up and close while surfaced as it was alone. The battleship was not firing at all...
I shot maybe 100 rounds of deck gun, AP ammo the 80, plus some HE.
It finally sunk another hour later.... and the escort never came back ^^
