I recommend installing "fresh" uais:uais:
example:

A_Install your game by giving it a path other than C programs files..!!(D:\Sh4\Sh4_FOTRS18)
B_install JSGME see screen title n2 Now click on the JSGME icon it will create a folder called "Mod" you will place your famous mods there


C_Patcher your games 4GB or Large Address Aware title n1
