Can i claim Asylum in another NATO Country?

I'd say your best bet would be to join the French Foreign Legion. They don't care about your background and if you live you'll get French citizenship at the end of your enlistment. AFAIK they might not want to take crazy people though so you'll need to tone it down a bit before you talk to them.

Hmm and I who thought that they do check your background before letting you in(sign the paper)They should have done this since the beginning of the 70's.

So i'm not sure if there are background checks beyond interrogation but in any case Gorpet should be good.
