The Soviet and French navies didn't use any prefix for their ships.

The ships of the Kriegsmarine hadn't any official prefix (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ship_prefix)

No prefixes for French warships in WW2. Just the name.

The actual prefix for Dutch warships in WWII was Hr.Ms. HNLMS was used by the British to designate Dutch warships.
