Below LSH-2020 Campaign File

When you have opened up the RND leyer in the mission editor scroll down past the Convoy entries like SC,HX,HG,SL unitil you get to British Traffic 000 ect those are the single ships

Click on British traffic 000

Open up ship info by left click on British Traffic 0000 then right clicking you can alter its spawn frequency or you can delete the entry
getting the Random Leyer down to 2500-3000kbs about half the original size should do the trick.
