Just add the ability for players to play an MP3 in the game, with only the player operating the gramophone actually hearing it. This would prevent copyright issues, and also save players from hearing other's musical choices that are too frequent or against the law in their country - such as wartime songs expousing "virtues" or topics that are now 'damned beyond redemption' in modern Germany.
