Even though I know what I'm mostly are allowed to eat I toke a detour and went to our local grill and ordered two big fried sausage(Size similar to Kieler Knacker) and Pommers

don't let it get you down Markus its ok to detour little just don't eat too much of it some of us here has it and i do believe you said you didn't have the signs consider yourself lucky,with me i was drinking 15 to 20 gals of water a day,peeing every 5 minutes,when you pee white stuff was coming out and that stunk sleeping all the time,blur vision couldn't see my hand infront of my face for 6 months

I was reading your other posts the other day about being a Type II Diabetic, Type I here. Have been for close to 30 years now. Not feeling well and realizing what I was doing to my body (bad habits, no control over sugars, etc) and not feeling well, really reigned things in for me

Plus I test prob four times a day and have been for years now, it has made a huge difference.
