I don't think it makes sense. Anyone can change the ship's draft in the file *.sim

Ohhhhhh T2's tooo ....mhhhhh soooo nice. Then perhaps C2's, Fort ships and Ocean-class cargoes after that. Cameron-class Steamship, Dale-Class Oiler etc etc ideas are endless.
As I said before your doing god's work...your the only one in the community releasing new merchants.

Indeed, I can't imagine a ship crossing the Atlantic with such a small draft... The ship would capsize in high seas...
So, an extra option is not needed.
