In addition, do not forget to send at the same time a radio message to your US base, with exact coordinates of your position. It's needed by the USN sub chart to validate the recon photography (if not send, mission is not valid)

do what now?
I have never done such thing. it is handled by the game/ (my radio man) there is a log in the logbook with location, time stamp, but have never have to do a manual action to 'transmit' any information to somewhere
