Hunting in Africa

Yeah, this law makes a lot of sense:

We are informed that in Africa today, north of the "Mason-Dixon Line," a professional hunter is required to pack a rifle at all times. (He is not, however, required to pack any ammunition.) This is the "new Africa."

And here it is were I again must stress the advantage of a bow - for you can make the arrows by the branches of the trees. They should change that law, that professional huntesr are required not to carry rifles, but bows, and always have a package of seeds in their Rucksacks.
