Adapted ARB WideGUI 1920x1080 v0.4 for Onealex V2

New Updated version available in 1st post.
Changes in V4:

1.- Tried Onealex V1.52 with and without my mod many, many times..... Now both behave exactly the same way (Talking about the RAOBF) and the tools used for manual targeting.
2.- To close the disk around the attack and observation periscopes, click on the center of the cross hairs (The closing point was waaaay off center).
3.- UZO zoom is now 1.5 x-7x as observed (suggested) by Tonci87.
4.- The Rec Manual has been moved further to the right so it doesn't interfere with the knobs and buttons at the left panel.
