The dual zone cooking is a winner, in my book. The only Issue I have with ours is balancing out heat ranges / cooking times between fish, chicken and fries. I have the original air fryer similar to the Ninja that you are looking at except it only has one basket / drawer.

It did a nice job as well. If you do get it, let us know how it works and if you like it.

Will do but the next problem is....having chosen the one in the link, all the retailers I have tried online are currently out of stock

Amazon being the exception but at an additional cost of £150.

Looks like I'll be waiting for new stock

Going into town today I slowed up to let a guy in a big fish & chip van come out from a side road - he was struggling to get this huge vehicle across the road and a driver coming the other way honked at him viciously as he struggled to keep out of the way

I said to Moira that if I was still a copper (I was once - briefly) I'd have gone after that car driver - who hadn't slowed down one little bit - to tell him (or her) to take note of the road signs and be prepared for vehicles coming out of a side road that was clearly marked

I also said that if he (or she) had asked me why I didn't go after the fish & chip man I'd have just said "Because I like a nice piece of cod"

Took the dog to the groomers and popped into Iceland shop in the mall to pick up a beef madras curry. Wife is off shopping this afternoon with the daughter and granddaughter so I'm all set for the afternoon football/soccer match on the tv this afternoon.....bliss.

Bliss Indeed!! My mother-in-law passed away recently; and the boss had to go down to Palm Springs for ten days....to empty the apartment with her 3 siblings; leaving me home alone with the cat and complete control of the TV channel changer...and volume control w/o itchy hearing aids. A separate vacation meets 'someone's gotta "hold the fort"!!??
