Do we still have this bug?

Playing the new TMO. I'm in pre-war missions. We dropped off an agent, went about our business then received orders to go pick him up.

I'm there RIGHT next to him and can't recover him.

Looked through binos, periscopes, ubt and cannot get the button to work to retrieve him.

Is this STILL a problem?
