Might just be it; my 390 died and I've been running off the HD4600 chip. I'm not sure though, the problem didn't start until after. It looked fine until the water glitched with a weather change randomly and it's been like that ever since.

In any case, I decided to wipe my Windows install on that PC. I guess I'll see if it's hardware related.
