I was going to release the 2,300 GRT Belize Freighter Tonight, but I get a CTD when she breaks in two. There are no cranes touching the superstructure, and there are no sunken cargo nodes or 3d objects. I just don't know what to do - this is the worst obstacle I have ever come across and if I could fix it the community would get about 5 small freighters (all under 4,500 GRT) very quickly. But there's nothing else I can do tonight.

Any idea of release ETA ?
Wonder if could get these into new GW :hmm:
Always nice to come across one of your subs in the game
Makes you sit up a bit when lookout shouts "Submarine Spotted " out in the middle of nowhere and you find its the enemy

EDIT actually very nice didnt cut it
Its so much better than nice - outstanding

The most boring and time-consuming part for me is making the damage model for new units. Since it makes me bored pretty quickly, things get postponed, and postponed, and postponed ... I do not know about getting them to GW and their plans but it is relatively easy to get AI subs into the campaign for anyone. Say, by defining a new submarine group in the RND layer and by copying all the waypoints from some defined convoy for it.

I like attacking submerged subs. Thinking of giving them means to detect the player earlier so that they are zigzaging by the time of the attack.

Yes I know its fairly easy to add subs as have added loads to my GW install - what I meant was whether it would be ready to be included in the new release coming of GW as they are making improvements to the med and this sub would be a nice addition
Plus not everyone knows how to add stuff to the layers so dont bother having some of these great additions of yours
Anyway will leave you too your damage models:rotfl: :rotfl:

Balao-class with textures by Seeadler. Like these subs quite a bit. If there was no SH4 coming, I would make them playable.
