This is the one I have been looking for its done by PBS Nova its called Suicide mission into Chernobyl.
In this documentary you get to see inside the sarcophagus and the scientists who climb all over reactor 4 and its lid. The documentary was done in 1991 it is one hour long https://archive.org/details/NOVA.S18...C2.0.x264Astro
