FINALLY GOT IT WORKING....PARTIALLY!
Found this Youtube link for modifing .cfg files to all No in video settings so I did this for both .cfg files. Now the game starts and I everything works fine the only problem is it's in a small windows screen that doesn't fill the monitor.
