Respect must be earned. Respect for a person is shown in a real case and not in empty chatter.

Yeah OK buddy, a certified public accountant with three kids and a high-paying job, I suppose I’m a slacker. Yes the conversation is over, everybody else can see what a shining example for others you’ve been here. So nothing more needs to be said.
