Enigma Random patrols

Hi everyone, I had a question about Enigma Rising Tide Gold. Just not sure how to start random patrols. There is the three main types of patrols in the game but I just need clarification on how to access or start a random one. If anyone has any input or info I would really appreciate it thanks.

Maybe try Patrols then Options !
