The Game is a standalone version.

Still I think if there is no easy solution I may just try to delete and re-install the game. Who knows if it does help. I mean, I played this game since 17 years without having this issue.

Kal Maximus, I´m not sure what you try to tell me - however, I tried my best to solve the issue. I have attached my specifications and no, it´s not a notebook.
I am definitely not an expert in IT, I am probably an expert in other forums.
Still I appreciate your skills for this game since I was one of the first ones who bought it at the release day 18 years ago. As said - all the 18 years I never experienced something like a cut off picture and I accept that there might be no current solution than doing a clean, new installation.

You have a machine more than enough with this kind of config nothing should stop you ...
on the other hand, I would have taken an Intel because AMD is not very good. Despite what some say...
What I suggest is already to start a clean installation..
is don't forget to "program files" ..

Then I bought the game again on steam, installed LS2020 once again -et voilà, il marche!

I'm glad your problem is solved..
now be careful when choosing your HuD...in JSGME
your problem is still strange... maybe a protection problem on your old version...
I will send you a version that has no protection, this is my game..
if you want to try...
I don't recommend the steam version but if it works for you that's fine.. ...although some people play it here, my friend Mad Mardigan should be able to document you on the issue because he has a version he uses. .. among other things to help here ..
