[TEC] Changing name of Periscope

Hi, BH.

1. in the "Data\Menu" there is a menu.txt.

2. in "Data\UPCData\UPCUnitsData", there are files named as "UnitPartsXXXX.upc" and an "Equipment.upc".

3. in "Data\UPCData\UPCLocalization" there is a "UPCLocalization.tsr".

Use text-editing software to replace all "night periscope" with "observation periscope", it will do.

(I test it in FotRSU but it should be the same in TMO

)
