Almost all your mods are part of and only work with an install of GWX 3.0.
If you're applying them without that installed first, there is your problem.
For now do this:
- remove every mod you have applied. I hope you're using JSGME ? Let me know if you are or not.
- run the stock game and check the messages. If they work,....
- install GWX 3.0 and do the same.
If they work with GWX 3.0 post that here. Do not install any other mods until you've reached this step.

I installed GWX 3.0 with an .exe file downloaded from official GWX internet page.

And yes I am using JSGME, those screens are from it.

Now I will check stock game and then GWX, as you said.
