Very nice vid, Mr Fleck! You must have a decent graphics card, very fluent recording. (And nice touch with Vivaldi)

Nice job stabiz!

Like watching the old Victory At Sea series, except in colour. And the musical scoring is spot on!

Good to see you are entertained!

Thank you stabiz, I'm glad you liked it.

I have a PNY GeForce 7800 GTX, AMD Athlon 64 3800+ with an ASUS A8N8 SLI Premium board and 2 GB RAM (Corsair Twinx2048-3200C2). With SH III I have about 80 to 100 FPS (with anti aliasing and anisotropic filtering activated) The frame rate can drop significantly when recording, e.g. in harbours down to 20 fps. But it's sufficient for me.

Cheers

Can someone point me towards the sound mod that has the sounds from das boot when a ship is sinking? You can hear them at the end of this video...

Edit: Nvm, found what I was looking for.

Mr. Fleck. Heck, I'm really, really sorry. I thought I saw somewhere that you wanted someone to host your movie so I uploaded it to YouTube for anyone to view it.
The link is:

I would also like to place that link into The Movies Section of my website.

Made a new one today. This time I went to Southend, and rediscovered the pain of duds, bad weather and sloppy kaleunism:

Alot of animals were injured in this production, including 500-1000 sardins, 2 dolphins, 1 turtle, and probably a milkcow.

Hello robj250,

no big deal, so I guess you liked it . I saw you mentioned me in the description, so it's ok. I appreciate your effort to make a "central directory" of all movies about SHIII. I don't know how your movie page will look like, but it would be nice if you would post the link to the hires version (see rapidshare link above) too, so people can decide which version to download / view.

Cheers

Hello robj250,

no I meant the English version. If you upload movies to youtube, they get converted to a smaller size with some (and sometimes even significant) quality loss. Some people like to download movies in better quality, so for this audience the rapidshare link obove would do. But it's not necessary. If you got time you can put the link on your page, it if not, no problem at all.

For the German version I will create a youtube account and will upload it (but next week, since I'm offline for some days)

Cheers
Mr. Fleck

Mr.Fleck

Okay, I have both versions on YouTube and are listed in the movie listing on my website.

You want me to put them on Rapid..whatever so people can download them? Do I have to create an account and how much does it cost?

I`ll muscle in here, since I`m a cheeky bastard.

Mr. Fleck linked to rapidshare earlier in the thread (you probably missed it), and here is the link for his vid:

PS: Rapidshare is free, by the way. So is filefront, with unlimited upload:
