I think i broke the game

When you... deleted & reinstalled... did you ensure, to include the games save folder, in that deletion process, as well... pray tell.... per chance.???



Only way I know for the same end results would be, if that was not done.... as all the settings, with regards to that, are kept there, for when you boot up... the game/sim uses, are there.

If they had, the 1st install... wiping the whole shooting match, would have reverted everything back to the base settings & such, with a complete... fresh... install.

Which, they state is what they did. Yet, getting the same end results as before.

Am suspecting.... that they forgot to include the saves folder, when they "nuke" vaporized the initial install...

Which is where the trouble lays...

Going into the save folder, in the cfg folder... should see a file named...

GFXSettings.cfg

Should be able to just hmmm... delete it, which would revert all the settings in its domain, back to stock settings, I'd figure...

Could possibly... edit from another mod set of the same caliber, that is known, to NOT have the issues with it being dark in & outside of the sub.
