No, there is not. CapnScurvy was given carte blanche by lurker_hlb3 to do as he pleased with the files, and we might manage that, one of these days. Parts of it are incorporated here and there in FotRSU, as well as probably 75% of the Alaskan traffic, with edits to a more historical roster than what lurker had available back then. That is the difficult part, in basically re-building the whole group in each file of each layer, some of which have over 2000 groups. A rather intimidating task. We also need to have CapnScurvy come out of his entirely-too-early-of-a-retirement at least long enough to give us OTC for FotRSU... then life would be good.
