Remove Ubisoft logo

Program is original CD v1.5 installed on win 10 64 bit. Added TMO and supporting mods. Went through the learning curve of fresh installs, made new game folder. My last TMO update and fresh install there were no problems till patrol 8. That’s probably 24 saved games. The lower right toolbar had nothing over the time compression buttons, now there’s a Ubisoft logo that loads during the opening screen and never goes away. It was also on a Steam version I originally had. That’s why I sourced an original Cd. Is it a win 10 issue? Looked in registry files, didn’t see anything for SH4.
