Night Cruise

An older one.

In the text in the beginning I explain that this shooting was for testing the - back then: new - camera for its night usability. Actioncams are not optimised for night shooting, I wanted to see how far it could be pushed. Well, I was positively surprised, its not as crispy as in daylight, but really good enough.

Later I found that the film was creating a certain kind of mood, lonely nighthawk on the road again you know, that kind of stray dog stuff. At least thats how it felt to me. With the right music adding some laid-back melancholy and some pushiness as well, it became a short 11 minute film that is just this: a relaxed cruise through the city night.

Oh, and again this is my hometown, the drive starts and ends less than 400 meters away from where my appartment is.

Last spring I even saw somebody who had a washing machine. I cried for two hours, so unbelievable that was!
