That helps for sure, but the whole conning tower just stays as the default textures still even if I copy over the mod files

Then note that the names of the files can be very different. The other reason that your skins don't show could be that they need to be imported into the DAT file.
I don't have that problem with Onealex mod

Speaking of the Onealex mod
I'm trying it now, it needs to be extracted into the actual SH3 install location correct? I've heard it crashes if you dont |
