Is it possible to add also another payment method? ( Like by credit card f.e)

Here I can't activate Paypal because they require a home phone ( and I have only the cell phone )

I would like to atcivate one of the download plans but I can't ( ...and the standard download limit is a pure PITA unfortunately )

I subscribed with a $5.00 membership quite a while ago. I just realized that I had been continuously billed for the service thinking it was a one time fee. I am trying to cancel this but am having difficulty through paypal. I probably purchased it as a guest or something because when I login with the email that the receipt was sent to, there is no mention of a SUBSIM charge on it. Any help would be appreciated.
