1. Delete everything
2. Uninstall game on steam
3. Redownload the game

4. Redownload the modpack
5. unpack the modpack archive
6. copy all files inside sh3 folder into root folder of silent hunter 3
7. overwrite everything
8. play

Please read the readme file in my modpack. Delete all files related to Silent Hunter (folder C/Documents should be cleaned from SH files too). I recommend you unzip my modpack to any folder. After that start the game via SH Commander (SH3\SH3 Commander Eng folder).
