Flak U-Boat-UFLAK don´t shoot

They don't shoot because submarine AI in SH5 doesn't know how to use guns against planes (I'm trying to teach it but so far with little success). If you want to have U-Flak shooting at planes, you need to clone U-Flak and make game treat this cloned vessel as surface ship. It won't be able to dive or shoot torpedoes, but when placed on surface, docked, in port - it will use its AA guns against planes.
