Default Need help with NYGM tonnage 1.03

Just downloaded it . I also have SHIII Commander 2.5 installed.

I read the readme included with the mod and I still cannot figure out how to change the compass/stopwatch dial in lower right corner to the compass/rudder dial. I don't know why they changed it in the first place...

Is there a way to change back to a rudder dial??

Also, there are only 5 slots for crewmen in engine spaces now. Is there something wrong as more crew can fit into the spaces, but they appear as outlines with circle and a line drawn through it.

Can some type of editing fix this??

thanks

As I recall, there is a option included that will switch the middle dial back to rudder from crono.

As for the "hidden" crew slots, it takes some pretty serious editing of the menu_1024_768.ini file to open these back up. For some insight into this, you can look at the NYGM Crew Managment 1.1 mod and see how this was accomplished then - I assume there are differences in detail now, but it should provide insight. A copy of this can be found here. http://mysite.verizon.net/~vze33y78/...ewMgmt_1.1.zip

Thanks for the reply.

I have been using NYGM 1.1 with RuB 1.45 for months now. Never saw that before.

Readme does not include what those symbols mean.

Regarding the Rudder gauge fix, can't find that either. There are litearly a thousand lines in that 1024 file....... I guess just want some explanation as to what more crewmen will do in engine spaces. They do improve efficiency in compartment even though they have the slash through them. More documentation is needed.

What is the fix for the rudder gauge, it should just be a one liner?

Download the new one, NYGM TW 2.0. It comes with the old rudder dial standard, and is a HUGE improvement over NYGM TW 1.03. Herr Bär is working on NYGM TW 2.2 right now as well. 1.03 is old news.

No good Ted. Only file front works. The first two links don't work and FileFront stops after about 20% download, I get an error message" Server reset".

Can I get it from rapidshare or something?

I just re-uploaded the file, to ensure a non-corrupt copy. Try it now.
