There are always a lot of maybe and what if a.s.o. after a game of this importance.

For me it's history lets look forward to the Final.

(And I do NOT feel sad or sorry. I expected Denmark would lose)

No, no, no, I haven't suggested that they've been cheating in this tournament at all, Italy have been the international football diving champions for decades and Sterling has been diving for years.
I read what Sterling said today "I felt a touch and went down" if that is not an admission of cheating then I don't know what is. The next time Sterling goes down in the penalty box against your team are you going to say that was a definite penalty, I don't think so, he's well known for being a diver and most football fans know it.

Sorry mate I don't understand what you are trying to say in that case

* "No, no, no, I haven't suggested that they've been cheating" -V- if that is not an admission of cheating then I don't know what is -V- he's well known for being a diver

Can you not see how contradictory that sounds ?

*"The next time Sterling goes down in the penalty box against your team are you going to say that was a definite penalty, I don't think so"

Totally depends on the circumstances if he's brought down unfairly I'm going to take in on the chin and say that's a penalty

* "he's well known for being a diver and most football fans know it"

False. Raheem Shaquille Sterling MBE of Manchester City is a player of exceptional talent what you fail to recognise is this man is a absolute nightmare for defenders especially in the 6yrd box he's quick agile and dances around defenders with ease and is often brought down unfairly
And its pains me to say so as a Manchester United fan

Top 15 players for diving according to the Bleacher report and does not take Euro 2020 into account which I accept is possibly more relevant but it is an indication of reputation

1. Angel Di Maria (Real Madrid) Frequency of Dives: 9.9 From Argentina
2. Sergio Busquets (Barcelona) 7.5 Spain
3. Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid) 8.1 Portugal
4. Arjen Robben (Bayern Munich) 9.7 Netherlands
5. Neymar (Santos) 10 Brazil
6 Didier Drogba (Chelsea) 9.1 Ivory Coast
7. Dani Alves (Barcelona) 9.7 Brazil
8. Nani (Manchester United) 9.0 Portugal
9. Alberto Gilardino (Fiorentina) 5.0 Italy
10. Emmanuel Eboue (Galatasaray) 9.1 Ivory Coast
11. Steven Gerrard (Liverpool) 7.2 England
12. Luis Suarez (Liverpool) 8.0 Uruguay
14. Milos Krasic (Juventus) 8.0 Serbia
13. Marcelo (Real Madrid) 9.3 Brazil
15. Fernando Torres (Chelsea) 6.2 Spain

Ranking takes into account other factors such as how often they get away with it which is why Angel Di Maria get top spot

The matter with Denmark is debateable I've already commented on that

We are not talking about statistics, we are talking about Sterling diving against Denmark, don't justify that by pointing at others, that's laughable.
Take off your England glasses and your patriotism and be honest for once, If you're not able to see the dive, the play-acting fall, you need to go and have your vision examined, it is possible to admit the cheating you know, everybody else saw it, except you and the rose tinted spectacled fans.

Just remember, when Sterling goes down in the penalty box next year, it's not a dive but a clear cut penalty.

Oh the passion. Oh the furor.

In the end its the usual ballerina operetta, and a total system fail on side of the monitors.

In other team sports they can solve such issues much better, efficiently and professionally. Why not in football? Because some people in football mistake unfairness with sentimental value. They want to feel the rage, it seems.

I never understood this attitude. I think it gets much better handled in ice hockey, American Football, basketball. There they have VAR, too. And different to football, they know how to handle the equipment.
May the better sportsmen win. Not the better cheaters. Thats what I call fairness, and sportsmanship.

Where in my post does it say I thought Sterling did not fake his fall dive whatever you want to call it ? You quite clearly go on about his reputation not just the Denmark game. Another example of your Strawman arguments

Furthermore don't you accuse me of dishonesty when you cannot even be bothered to read my post correctly and even your own or does your brown stained glasses not permit it ?

My points stand no further comment

The Football Association has been fined 30,000 euros (£26,600) for three incidents during England's Euro 2020 semi-final win over Denmark, including a laser pointer being shone at Kasper Schmeichel's face.

Television pictures showed a green light on Danish keeper Schmeichel's face just before Harry Kane took an extra-time penalty.

The fine by Uefa was also for "disturbances during the national anthems" and fireworks being set off.

Now people from both side will discuss whether the fine was fair or not.

I think it should have been higher than £26,600

Meanwhile, Immobile is testing his new kit

This may very well be the most entertaining final since the dawn of sports.
