Not really a peripheral as such but the sub buddy app is worth checking out if you have a tablet. Other than that hang some sausages and bananas up next to your monitor have an open can of diesel and a pile of sweaty socks under your desk for the correct atmosphere when dived. When surfaced a couple of powerful desk fans and someone to spray you with water occasionally should suffice

There was this now discontinued device a while back but more for surface ship sims eg Ship Sim Extremes etc... i think its the only peripheral ever produced commercially for maritime games.
