We should start a competition on which home nation gets booted out first, my bet would be Scotland, Wales and then England, one thing I do know is none of them will be in the final. That statement might just come back at me and bite me in the butt.

Great start to the competition beating Croatia by the only goal in the game and the first time in the last ten competitions England have won their first game.

Was surprised Southgate started the match with Stirling, especially after the stinker he had in the Champions League final but hey, what do I know?

3 wins out of 3, I think I might be Nostradamus reborn, that tippy tappy football by the Netherlands is going to be the undoing of them, I was not impressed with it at all.

Spain vs Sweden

Spain should win this if they get stuck in and don't prat around like the Netherlands did, I don't think their strikers are much cop either, this match could be the end of my winning streak.

Not very surprising, pity I'm off sick otherwise I'd be ribbing my co-workers who were convinced something good was going to happen.

My nation has been out of international football for too long to cut it these days.

We should stick to Rugby, we're generally better at that than football.

I predicted this result so I'm claiming this as another prediction right for me.

If Morata is all Spain has up front then they are in deep trouble, that tippy tappy football they play is not suited to a team that can't score, Morata needs to take another sport up, anything will do as long as it doesn't involve a net.

There's some big guns playing tomorrow so it's time to do a double prediction.

Hungary vs Portugal and France vs Germany.

Portugal have the best player in the world on display tomorrow and I'm sure he'll pull something out of the hat for Portugal.
The next game is a tricky one so I'm going for a draw, Germany have been playing like plonkers recently but they will be well up for this and will not want to lose against the old enemy France, I expect some fireworks to happen here and there but it will still finish a draw.

Since I couldn't predict the outcome of Spain Vs Sweden I backed it up Betting 1X2. On the other hand I lost on the game between Poland and Slovakia I had Poland as winner. Scotland Vs the Czech I had 1X so even this match went out in the blue. Wonder if I will win something on my Bet13 coupon.

Predicting football result isn't really my game. In other words Luck seems very far away.

Dubravka played well in goal for Slovakia and Krafth was a late substitute so had very little if any influence on the game.

Looking forward to the two 'EU' giants blooding each other tonight but strangely enough, I don't see the French surrendering.

The 3-0 goal made by Ronaldo was not only beautiful, but showed a perfect combination play between two to three players.

Another thing and here you may correct me.

Have there ever been a football tournament where we have been witness to THREE own goals after 14½ matches. I can't recall any.
