That's extremely kind of you Dave but tbh the cost of postage US to UK is quite prohibitive (looking on eBay).

I'll probably order the kindle version (Approx £3 in coin of the realm)

Well it's under $20 bucks so it's not that prohibitive but if you're happy with the electronic version

The author was an actual prisoner on the Wolf in the last months of the war so he knows his subject and it has an interesting perspective, being written before WW2.
