Yeah, in most cases of sleep paralysis people have MASSIVE anxiety attacks.
Sometimes I wonder if sleep paralysis is just your body going to the afterlife and you cannot move because you aren't supposed to be there. It might explain some of the nasty stuff people see during sleep paralysis.
