In Ccom12 you have different music fanfare ... depending years and places ... i discovered that not long ago. I even think in La Spezia it’s kind of Italian fanfare...

Agree with you my friend.
But regardless of that, by enabling the marches mod in SH3 Commander you can randomly hear them in any port and in any date. Hurts no one...
