I think patrolling EEZs is more interesting than patrolling territorial waters - hence why they're not marked. If there's a contact within 3-12 miles off the coast, it's going to get blasted.

I just asked - why not then draw a 12-mile zone around the coast.
These are the waters that cannot be entered.
Then ROE can then change in the scenario at real base.
