[REL] Strictly Historical Roster

I hope this will help any modder's or mission builders with Historical accuracy as regard's Destroyer and other Escorts' names!
Included in this version are the entry and exits dates of the various type's.

Download to your desktop.
NOT for use with JSGME!

[With all due reference to "the _Frog" and "shadow_wxh" these names are entirely their work!]
