Question about deliveries. FedEx vs DHL

So, should I book a flight to Belarus then and carry the gear back myself? It's a bummer and a deal breaker for sure if there is no sane way of getting the stuff sent over without incidents.

EDIT: Looks like Virpil is taking shipping more seriusly than shipping companies. Reading up on happy customers receiving their items in enough bubble wrap to wrap their houses. That's a good thing!
