IMHO, you should run LAA even if your going to run SH4 stock. Somewhere down the line, you'll want to add a mod or megamod and you'll be pulling your hair out trying to figure out why it won't run, like I did! All LAA does is enable the executable to run as a 64 bit and doesn't hurt anything. It's part of my installation routine.
