You can also open the Sim.dat and in Light-MoonLight increase the attenuation value a bit. Result will be brighter nights, mainly when moon is out.

Certainly the problem has not been solved, I have installed GWX-Gold edition but I cannot find how to identify the merchants, Greetings to all and Thanks for the help, MERRY CHRISTMAS

If you haven't, try the default 8k GWX environment. It is brighter than the 16k option. If you have the 16k mod enabled simply remove it and you will have the default 8k.
