I cannot make out which mod might be causing it, as I've installed them in bulk (yeah yeah, I know, stupid of me).

If am not mistaken.. from looking at the snap shot of the Nav map, think the color has been switched about, meaning the deeper blue the closer in to shore, means the water is shallower... & the whiter the color out from shore signifies deeper waters... soo....

In that instance, there is nothing wrong with any thing, that I can see of... I think the nav map has been set up in 1 of those mods, you have listed in the other snap shot you included with your post, that way.

Of course, some one could cross verify that... that knows more about them, in depth... but that is what it looks like to Me. I have a mod I use in SH4, that does that very same thing with the Nav map, swapping the color bar around, as I outlined above.
