Tis the biggest in a certain category and looking at the picture I would say height, yes.

precisely the problem; I've been looking at Map/Guinness stuff till blue-faced and all I get is stuff in Beijing

I'm running out of clues for fear of giving the answer away but the God I have referenced to is Shou.

Believe me that is yet another big clue but I have already stated it may not be possible to solve this one but by guessing the purpose of the building would probably lead to a quick successful answer.

Tianzi Hotel, Hebei province?

I somehow knew it was a hotel after the "you would find casinos in some buildings of this type" clue. Nice one...

I have WIN 10 and I use ctrl-c(copy) and ctrl-v(Paste) on occasion without any problems.
