FotRSU installation issue

Next I copied FotRSU from the Downloads folder to Silent Hunters wolves of the pacific and extracted the files to that same file. I run JGSME from that location and enable the Data and a couple of the Extras mods, but when I launch from within the Silent Hunters wolves of the pacific folder, only the stock game is loaded.

I've tried creating a MODS subfolder within that folder and extracting there, but it doesn't work. Nor do a couple of other workarounds I've tried.

Any suggestions?

your MODS folders are out of sync, which can happen to anyone.
