try reinstall
take your game back to Version 1.15g cold waters south china sea (DEFAULT)
then get epic mod 2.23 & pop my 2.23 tweaks mod on if something still is amiss private message me & we can sort it out as i will know what you have installed at that point so it will be easier to diagnose it Steel Shark
