Periscope animation?

I am a Brazilian, and my English is horrible, but let me try:
I am using gwx, and I saw in some videos in youtube that in some supermods like nygm, there is a periscope animation that make it move up/down, but i don't want to uninstall my gwx, so the question is: there is any separated mod that make it?

PGUP raises the attack periscope as long as you are holding down the button.
PGDOWN lowers the attack periscope as long as you are holding down the button.

CTRL + PGUP automatically raises it as high as it will go.
CTRL + PGDOWN automatically lowers it as low as it will go.

And I believe the same commands work for the Insert/Delete keys and those control the observation periscope. These animations are visible from the external camera.

I think he is talking about the observation periscope moving up down in the command room.
