Thank you. I could say I have little knowledge about submarines and their crews, especially foreign ones, so I've run into one problem.
I wrote a code for crew leveling system, in which once submarine gains a level, a random crew division(?) gains a point and corresponding bonus is applied. On russian ships those divisions are called "boevaya chast'"(боевая часть). I'm using 4 out of 7:
boevaya chast-1 Navigation
boevaya chast-3 Mine/Torpedo Weapons
boevaya chast-5 Electromechanical
boevaya chast-7 Radio engineering

So question is how can I call those divisions(?) in human English)? What similar divisions are on US subs and how do they called?

We have Departments and Divisions. Each Department will have several Divisions that make it up. For example Weapons Department would be made of Sonar, Fire Control, and Torpedomen. Looking at your screenshots I'd say you'd want to go with Divisions as your English equivalent.
